Job Purpose
Independently work and Lead the team of Process & Industrial Engineers on New product implementation as per
New product Time line and guide Team Continuously to work on Yield / Productivity improvement till the Product
Life cycle. Responsible for New process and technology introduction.
Principal Accountabilities
- Review The Line balancing sheet, UPH & HC information
- Continuous improvement on Production layout
- Resource planning and ensure availability on-time
- Kaizen Initiatives
- Handling RFQ – Cost Working for New Product / New Customer
- New Technology introduction
- Customer Handling (on technical / Process implementation)
Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/EEE/ECE) with Min 15 years of relevant Experience (or)
- Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/EEE/ECE) with Min 18 years of relevant Experience
