Job Purpose
Independently work and Lead the team of Process & Industrial Engineers on New product implementation as per
New product Time line and guide Team Continuously to work on Yield / Productivity improvement till the Product
Life cycle. Responsible for New process and technology introduction.
Principal Accountabilities
- Review The Line balancing sheet, UPH & HC information
- Continuous improvement on Production layout
- Resource planning and ensure availability on-time
- Kaizen Initiatives
- Handling RFQ - Cost Working for New Product / New Customer
- New Technology introduction
- Customer Handling (on technical / Process implementation)
Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/EEE/ECE) with Min 15 years of relevant Experience (or)
- Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/EEE/ECE) with Min 18 years of relevant Experience

Job Purpose
Lead and Manage –LX -Process, BOM and Industrial engineering team across all Business units and plants of BFIH.
Responsible for New plant design, Capacity planning, Capex Management of Assembly equipment, New product
launch. Driving and guiding the team to meet the KPI. Improve Asset utilization, UPPH, new technology and process
introduction. Responsible for BOM and Variant management of LX products.
Principal Accountabilities
- Review the Process and Plant Layout
- Improve Manufacturing system, procedures and reduce NVA activities
- Review Line layout, Line balancing sheet, UPH & HC information
- Capex & Resource planning
- Cost & Efficiency improvement initiative
- Review RFQ - Cost Working for New Product / New Customer
- New Technology introduction
- Provide high level technical solution in LX Assembly process
- Explore localization and Better Asset utilization.
Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/EEE/ECE) with Min 20 years of relevant Experience (or)
- Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/EEE/ECE) with Min 15 years of relevant Experience
